Overview
A full-stack website project for WeWash DryClean & Laundry, covering the digital experience from UI/UX design through development, backend integration, and deployment. The project brought together a multi-page website, authentication, request-based email notifications, and SEO implementation for a service-oriented business.
The challenge
A multi-service laundry and dry-cleaning business needs more than a basic informational website. Customers need to understand the available services and navigate the site easily, while the business needs functional request workflows and a consistent digital presence across its service pages.
Approach
I designed, developed, and deployed the website end to end. The implementation combined a Next.js frontend with backend functionality for authentication and email notifications triggered by requests. I also handled the UI/UX, multi-page content structure, and SEO-focused implementation to support discoverability and a coherent customer journey.
Key features
- End-to-end UI/UX design and full-stack development
- Multi-page website and service-oriented content structure
- Responsive layouts and reusable page components
- Login and authentication functionality
- Email notifications triggered by user requests
- SEO-focused metadata and page organization
- Website deployment and hosting
- Integrated frontend and backend workflows
Takeaway
WeWash was a substantial exercise in building a complete business website rather than an isolated frontend. It brought together interface design, backend functionality, content architecture, deployment, and SEO within one end-to-end project.
