KnowYourLogo (KYL) is a small educational project designed to help people understand logo types, color schemes, and the visual choices that shape a brand identity. It makes foundational branding concepts more approachable, particularly for people who do not work in design.

The challenge

Founders and other non-designers may know what they want their brand to communicate without knowing the terminology or visual principles needed to express it. Understanding logo categories and color choices can make those decisions easier to discuss.

Approach

I developed the concept around presenting branding knowledge in a structured, accessible web interface. The focus was on explaining different logo types, introducing color schemes, and helping users become more familiar with the visual building blocks of brand identity.
